These Consumer Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the YouNegotiate® consumer ecoPortal™
(the "ecoPortal™") operated by H2H Technologies, LLC ("YouNegotiate," "H2H," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating or using a consumer ecoPortal™ account, you ("Consumer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the ecoPortal™.
1. What the YouNegotiate® ecoPortal™ Is
The YouNegotiate® consumer ecoPortal™ is a secure, consumer-controlled digital portal
that allows individuals to:
- Receive and manage written notices sent to them
- Respond to notices digitally
- View communications, agreements, and payment receipts
- Direct notice senders to participate in the YouNegotiate® platform
The ecoPortal™ is designed to give consumers visibility, control, and record-keeping
in one centralized place.
2. What YouNegotiate® Is NOT
YouNegotiate® is a technology infrastructure provider only.
We are not:
- A creditor
- A debt collector
- A collection agency
- A law firm
- A financial advisor
- A payment processor
- A money transmitter
We do not:
- Determine whether a debt is valid
- Set balances, terms, or outcomes
- Provide legal, tax, or financial advice
- Control creditor decisions or actions
All obligations, balances, and decisions remain between you and the
notice sender.
3. Consumer ecoAddress™ & Identity Matching
To create an ecoPortal™ account, you may be asked to provide limited personal information such as:
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Last four digits of your Social Security number
This information is used solely to:
- Create your unique ecoAddress™
- Match written notices and responses to the correct consumer
This information is not shared with creditors and is not used for marketing, resale, or profiling.
4. Consumer Portal Independence
Your consumer ecoPortal™ is independent from any creditor or sender portal.
- Creditors cannot access your ecoPortal™
- Creditors cannot view your communication profile

Creditors cannot see your email address or mobile number through
YouNegotiate®
Your ecoPortal™ functions like a personal account (similar to an online retail or banking portal),
controlled by you.
5. Communication Profile & Alerts
You may create a communication profile (such as an email address or mobile number) to receive alerts
and messages.
- This information is used solely to communicate with you
- It is never shared with creditors or notice senders

Creditors may send messages through the platform, but do not receive your contact details
Communication preferences and opt-outs are respected when delivering messages.
6. Payments & Receipts
Payments made through the ecoPortal™ are processed using secure tokenization and routed
directly to the creditor or authorized agent's merchant processor.
YouNegotiate®:
- Does not receive or hold funds
- Does not store raw payment credentials
- Does not control settlement or reconciliation
You may view:
- Payment confirmations
- Receipts
- Agreements and transaction records
YouNegotiate® does not set payment terms, determine eligibility, or participate in payment disputes.
7. Debt Free Americans® Bill Pay Gift Links
Some payments may be made using Debt Free Americans® bill pay gift links, QR codes, or registries.

Donations are processed and reported pursuant to Debt Free Americans' terms
- YouNegotiate® does not collect fees on these payments

100% of donated funds go to the creditor or authorized agent, per Debt Free Americans' arrangements

Tax deductibility and donor eligibility are governed solely by Debt Free Americans
YouNegotiate® does not determine tax treatment or donation eligibility.
8. Non-Member Senders & ecoMailHub™
If a notice sender is not yet a YouNegotiate® member, YouNegotiate® may:
- Deliver your response on your behalf
- Facilitate communication
- Invite the sender to join the platform
Participation by any sender is voluntary.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the ecoPortal™ for lawful purposes only
- Not to impersonate another person
- Not misuse the platform to mislead or deceive others
You are responsible for how you choose to interact with notice senders.
10. Platform Availability
The ecoPortal™ is provided on an “as-is” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Delivery outcomes
- Response times by third parties
Features and functionality may change over time.
11. Termination & Data Retention
You may stop using the ecoPortal™ at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Use presents security or legal risk
Certain records may be retained for audit, compliance, or legal purposes as permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNegotiate® is not liable for:
- Decisions or actions taken by creditors or notice senders
- Payment disputes between you and a creditor
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the ecoPortal™ after updates
constitutes acceptance.
